The hotel was perfect for resting after daylong activities, with fairly big and clean rooms that were very comfortable even for longer stays. It looked exactly as advertised online, which is rare these days. The service was outstanding, with hospitable staff who truly believe in customer service. The location, although not very close to the city center, was great for being only a short drive away from Thamal Road and the heritage sites. The dining experience was fantastic, although it could benefit from more choices of fresh bread and fruit.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and offered a cozy spa bath, although some animal noises from outside disturbed my sleep. The location was convenient, being just a 10-minute drive from Thamel Road, but still peaceful. The service was exceptional, with the staff being welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist. The dining experience was good with a variety of Indian and Western choices, although more options like fresh bread and fruit would have been nice.
